Justified: the song
As I mentioned on the front page, "Justified" was released on the DVD of Gackt's box set nine＊nine, a collection of his live concerts on thirteen CDs. The DVD features a interview with Gackt with a few breaks for songs, including "Justified." The song is not directly available on the nine＊nine DVD as a digital copy - the only way to get it off is to rip it from the DVD yourself. Or you can take the easy way and Google it. It was also apparently on the soundtrack to the game Yamasa Digi World SP: Bounty Killer along with a few other Gackt songs. I've been unable to find any information on the game or its soundtrack past that, unfortunately.
If you'd like to read the lyrics to the song, as well as preview it, there are lyrics here and here. I personally prefer the first translation, partially because I didn't find the other until months later XD
